Challenges:
Usually architects and interior designers work in accordance with each other. But, as we entered the project a little later, we had some overlapping with the architecture team, which resulted in challenges to manage our time. The space was raw and bare and the timelines were tight.
Solution:
We created a hub that was a melting pot of innovation, ideas and learning. Simple and sophisticated designs with the underlying strength of functionality was our key aspect. Siyarch also redesigned the façade of AIC RNTU. We created spaces that were a good mix of private, and collaborative. There was a special focus on spaces that accentuated growth. Seminar rooms, conference rooms, Amphi theatres, fablabs, cafeterias, brainstorming areas were designed by literally going into the mindset and psychology of a young entrepreneur. Team activity areas, as well as private enclosures for the senior staff and management, were created to suit their needs. Sustainability and affordability were the key aspects of this project
